    We ship products using the following delivery methods. Most product ships from stock. You will be notified if your choice is not in stock, and given a ship date, as well as the option to cancel or change your order.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - del by close of business, 2 days after date of order
  • UPS Next Day Air - del by close of business, day after order

    We collect Virginia sales tax for personal orders shipped into Virginia.

    Returns and Refunds

  • Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaners
    Jewelry Cleaners can be returned for any reason in the first 30 days after purchase for a full refund, used or not. After 30 days, and up to two years post purchase, malfunctioning units can be exchanged for new ones.
  • All other ultrasonic cleaners
    We accept returns of unused ultrasonic tanks within 15 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping for an RMA #. Include all original packing materials and documentation. Returns more than 15 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned equipment, a check or credit card refund will be issued for the amount of purchase, less shipping.
