Purchase Orders: Companies must fax or email a copy of their order, along with their standard credit reference sheet. Typically, this shows bank information and 3 trade references. References are not required for government agencies.

Overseas orders (all except the US and Canada): Wire Transfer. Contact us for bank information.

Shipping

We ship products using the following delivery methods. Most product ships from stock. You will be notified if your choice is not in stock, and given a ship date, as well as the option to cancel or change your order.

UPS Ground ..................3-7 Days, depending on location

UPS 2nd Day Air - del by close of business, 2 days after date of order

UPS Next Day Air - del by close of business, day after order

* NOTE: We are on the East Coast of the USA. Orders placed after 2 PM may not go out that day. Call to make sure. * We do not ship Jewelry cleaners and other consumer items outside the United States.

** Please note - We are on the east coast. If you place a Next Day order at noon in California, UPS may have come and gone already here. If you like, you can call to verify whether your order can still ship tha same day.

Taxes

We collect Virginia sales tax for personal orders shipped into Virginia.

Returns and Refunds

Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaners
Jewelry Cleaners can be returned for any reason in the first 30 days after purchase for a full refund, used or not. After 30 days, and up to two years post purchase, malfunctioning units can be exchanged for new ones.

All other ultrasonic cleaners
We accept returns of unused (ONCE WATER HITS THE TANK, THE UNIT IS USED. NO EXCEPTIONS!) ultrasonic tanks within 15 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping for an RMA #. Include all original packing materials and documentation. Returns more than 15 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt and inspection of returned equipment, a check or credit card refund will be issued for the amount of purchase, less shipping.

WA Brown does not share customer information with other companies, affiliates or suppliers. This includes your name, address, financial info and sales history

We will NEVER share your email address with anyone, nor will we send you any email unrelated to your order(s) with us.
